WAITTA Board – Call for Nominations
Being on the WAITTA Board is a great way to get involved and give back to both the Association and to the ICT community.
Nominations must meet the conditions of WAITTA Nomination of Directors within the WAITTA Constitution. Incoming Board Directors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Conflict of Interest Disclosure upon joining the Board.
The Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Alliance (WAITTA) invites members to nominate for election to the Board. Nominations are hereby called for the following positions:
- 1 x Vice Chair (term to run for 2 years); and
- 2 x Board Directors (term to run for 2 years).
All nominations are required to include a written statement by the nominee, as well as details of another member (the seconder) who will support the nomination.
The nomination statement should address how the candidate will contribute to the WAITTA Board and the ICT & digital industry in WA. Once nominations are submitted, a WAITTA representative will contact the seconder regarding the nomination submission.
Nominees must complete the WAITTA Nomination Form.
Once accepted, nominations will be posted on WAITTA’s website (contact details will be kept confidential).
Nominations close at 5pm AWST Wednesday 30 September 2020. Voting information (if required) will be issued on Monday 5 October 2020.
This year, WAITTA’s AGM will be held as an online event:
