The Alliance helps promote and facilitate ICT community activities and initiatives for the greater good of the WA economy and broader community.

The Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) is the nation’s peak industry body for the technology sector. AIIA sets the strategic direction of the industry, influences public policy and provides members with productivity tools, advisory services and market intelligence to accelerate their business growth.

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies in Australia (APSCo Australia) provides all companies involved in the recruitment and management of professional talent, who have a commitment to excellence, the specialist support and distinctive voice they need to be successful. APSCo Australia represents members we respect in a profession we understand.

The Australian Web Industry Association (AWIA) wants to represent every person in our industry who is ethical and professional – developers, designers, hosts, managers, consultants, SEOs, marketers, system admins, content providers; the lot. Even social media experts.

The Internet Association of Australia (IAA) provides a range of services and resources for members, and supports the development of the Internet industry both within Australia and internationally. Providing technical services as well as social and professional development events, the IAA aims to provide services and resources that our members need.

Blockchain Perth are an Emerging-Tech group envisioning and helping mainstream adoption of new and disrupting technologies.

The VR/AR Association (VRARA) is an international organization designed to foster collaboration between innovative companies and people in the VR and AR ecosystem that accelerates growth, fosters research and education, helps develop industry standards, connects member organizations and promotes the services of member companies.

As the Professional Association and peak body representing Australia’s ICT sector, Australian Computer Society (ACS)’ mission is to deliver authoritative independent knowledge and insight into technology, build relevant technology capacity and capability in Australia and to be a catalyst for innovative creation and adoption of technology for the benefit of commerce, governments and society.

The Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA) is Australia’s peak professional body for the digital health community. HISA members are health informaticians, clinicians, researchers, healthcare managers and executives, data analysts, designers, project managers, business analysts, technologists and innovators.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.

Women in Tech+ WA (WiTWA) is a Perth-based, not for profit organisation providing a framework for women in technology to extend their network and expand their knowledge on a broad range of professional topics. We endorse open conversation and debate. New faces are always welcome.

Morning Startup is a fortnightly morning catch-up where founders, potential entrepreneurs and others in the start-up community (VCs and Angels welcome) get together to learn something interesting, get feedback on idea, vent frustrations, and meet some new friends in the game. Educators & Researchers

ECAWA, the Educational Computing Association of Western Australia (Inc), as an association of volunteers, is committed to furthering the advancement of education by promoting the use of ICT as powerful aids to learning.
Our common interest is to find better ways to use ICT in teaching and learning environments, to cultivate, foster and extend the professional development and professional learning of members and to provide a forum for those interested in the development of the educational use of Information and Communication Technologies.

The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) is one of the world’s largest engineering institutions with over 168,000 members in 150 countries. It is also the most multidisciplinary – to reflect the increasingly diverse nature of engineering in the 21st century. The IET is working to engineer a better world by inspiring, informing and influencing our members, engineers and technicians, and all those who are touched by, or touch, the work of engineers.

The International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) was founded in September 2009 with the specific purpose of supporting Australia’s bid to host the world’s largest radio telescope and one of the largest scientific endeavours in history, the Square Kilometre Array (SKA).
We are a joint venture between Curtin University & University of Western Australia, with funding support from the State Government of Western Australia. ICRAR has research nodes at both universities and is now host to over 100 staff and postgraduate students.

Just Start IT Ltd is an 18 week Inter High School Program that teaches teams made up of Hackers, Hawkers and Hipsters how to create a Technology Start Up.

WAITTA is proud to be represented on South Metropolitan TAFE’s Business and Finance Advisory Board. We source contemporary industry speakers to address the Board on topics of strategic significance.

The WA Data Science Innovation Hub is a Western Australian Government initiative, and supported by Curtin University, which aims to ensure the State remains at the forefront of the digital revolution by increasing the uptake, education, training and awareness of data science in Western Australia.
