Being on the WAITTA Board is a great way to get involved and give back to both the Association and to the ICT community.
Nominations must meet the WAITTA Nomination of Directors within the WAITTA Constitution. Incoming Board Directors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Conflict of Interest Disclosure upon joining the Board.
The Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Alliance (WAITTA) invites members to nominate for election to the Board. Nominations are hereby called for 1 x Board Director (term to run for 2 years). The Board is particularly interested in receiving nominations from candidates who have the following requisite skills:
All nominations are required to include a written statement by the nominee, as well as details of another member (the seconder) who will support the nomination.
The nomination statement should address how the candidate will contribute to the WAITTA Board and the ICT and the digital industry in WA. Once nominations are submitted, a WAITTA representative will contact the seconder regarding the nomination submission.
Nominees must complete the complete the WAITTA Nomination Form.
Once accepted, nominations will be posted on WAITTA’s website (contact details will be kept confidential).
Nominations close at 5pm AWST Sunday 25 September 2022.
